Salon Policies & Information *

Salon Location:

The salon is located at 2149 Market Street in downtown Camp Hill. I am located on the second floor of the Salon 2020 building. There is free street parking as well as a free parking lot out back of the building.

Guests:

Please do not bring friends or children to your appointment. My studio is small and I do not have the space to accommodate guests other than you while you are at your appointment.

Scheduling:

As I do not have a receptionist, I utilize Square Booking for all of my appointments. The scheduling link is available on my website and Instagram page.

Square also offers a user friendly app that allows you to schedule, reschedule, and view all of your future appointments! You are more than welcome to book multiple appointments in salon at the end of your appointment as well.

Text message or messaging through Square is the best way to reach me if you have any questions regarding your appointment, I typically am unable to answer phone calls due to being with clients most of the day.

How to arrive for your appointment:

Please arrive to your color appointment with hair that has been washed within 2-3 days of your appointment. Color actually does not take better to dirty hair, it has to work through product build up and oil from our scalp, so you can actually have less even lifting and coverage if you arrive with dirty hair.

Curl cut clients should arrive with clean, dry hair that is down and styled with minimal product so the dry cut can be done while your hair is in it’s natural state

Bulky sweatshirts and turtlenecks can make it especially hard to get an even haircut, so come with a shirt under them if either will be a part of your outfit the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling & Canceling Appointments:

When you schedule an appointment with me, that time is dedicated to you specifically. When appointments are canceled or rescheduled close to the date of the appointment, I loose the possibility of being able to fill the spot and in turn lose money from my paycheck. This makes me very sad, please be considerate and give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.Please arrive to your appointment on time.

Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule due to timing limitations. I will always give you a heads up if we’re running behind, so please give me the same consideration in return.
